uPVC Fascias
Many Quarrington homes still have the timber fascias they were built with, and by now the paint is flaking and the wood behind the gutter is softening. We replace them with uPVC boards that won't rot or need repainting.

What We Install in Quarrington
A closer look at each part of the roofline we replace in Quarrington:
uPVC Soffits
Tired soffits on Quarrington's family homes can sag or crack, opening gaps for birds and wasps. We fit new uPVC soffits, vented to keep the loft dry, and seal the eaves neatly against the wall.
Guttering and Downpipes
Leaves and seeds blown in from gardens and the surrounding countryside settle in Quarrington gutters, and sagging runs hold water instead of draining it. We fit new uPVC guttering and downpipes with a steady fall towards the outlet.

How it works
How Our Fascias, Gutters & Soffits in Quarrington Works
On a typical Quarrington family home the roofline runs round the house, garage and porch, so here's how we replace it in one go:
- 1
Survey and quote
We measure every run of roofline, including the garage and porch, check the timber behind the boards and give you a written price.
- 2
Remove and check
Old boards and gutters come off, and we check the rafter ends and the felt at the eaves, repairing anything that's rotten.
- 3
Fit
New uPVC fascias and soffits go on, followed by guttering and downpipes joined neatly at every corner.
- 4
Finish
We test the gutters with water, check the downpipe connections and take all the old materials away with us.

FAQs about Fascias, Gutters & Soffits in Quarrington
What material do you use for fascias and soffits in Quarrington?
We fit uPVC fascias and soffits, which do not rot and need very little maintenance compared to painted timber.
Do I need new gutters when the fascias are replaced?
Not always, but on most Quarrington homes the gutters are the same age as the fascias and have to come off anyway. Fitting new guttering at the same time costs less than doing it later, and we'll tell you honestly if yours have life left in them.
Can you replace the crumbling cement along my gable edges too?
Yes. The mortar along the verges of many modern homes cracks and falls away over time. When we replace the roofline we can fit a uPVC dry verge system, which caps the tile ends neatly and doesn't need re-pointing.
Will new soffits help with condensation in my loft?
They can. Vented soffits let air flow into the roof space at the eaves, which helps carry moisture away. If your loft has damp or mould, we'll check the ventilation at the survey and include vents where they're needed.
Do you offer a guarantee on fascias and guttering?
We stand behind our work. Talk to us about the specific job in Quarrington and we'll explain what's covered before we start.
Is the quote free?
Yes. We measure up the roofline and give you a free written quote for the boards and guttering you need, with no obligation.
