Do I need to replace the boards or just the gutters?

It depends what has failed. If the timber behind the gutter is rotten, replacing just the gutter is a short-term fix. We will tell you what actually needs doing.

Will new uPVC need painting?

No. uPVC fascias and soffits are low-maintenance and only need an occasional wipe down, which is why most people move away from timber.

What colours can I have?

uPVC comes in a range of colours and woodgrain finishes, from classic white to black, grey and oak. We will match the look to your property.

Do you fit soffit vents?

Yes. Where a roof needs better airflow we fit vented soffits or add ventilation, which helps keep the loft dry and reduces the risk of condensation and rot.

Can you do it without scaffolding?

On lower roofs we can often work safely from ladders or a tower. On higher or harder-to-reach rooflines we use the right access equipment, which we include in the quote.
