uPVC Fascias
Welton's older homes and many of its estate houses still have timber fascias that are quietly rotting behind the gutter. We fit uPVC replacements in a colour to suit the house, and they won't rot or need repainting.

What We Install in Welton
A closer look at each part of the roofline we replace in Welton:
uPVC Soffits
Gaps in old timber soffits let birds and wasps into the roof space. We fit uPVC soffits to close them, with ventilation built in so the loft stays dry.
Guttering and Downpipes
Leaves from mature garden trees are the main reason gutters overflow in Welton. New uPVC guttering, set to the correct fall and with fresh downpipes, carries the water away cleanly.

FAQs about Fascias, Gutters & Soffits in Welton
What material do you use for fascias and soffits in Welton?
We fit uPVC fascias and soffits, which do not rot and need very little maintenance compared to painted timber.
Can you cap my existing fascias rather than replace them?
Capping covers the old timber with a thin uPVC board, and it's only a good idea if the wood underneath is completely sound. On many older Welton homes it isn't, so we usually recommend full replacement. We'll check the timber and tell you honestly.
Do new fascias come with new guttering?
Usually, yes, because the gutter brackets are fixed to the fascia and it makes sense to renew both at once. If your guttering is fairly new and in good order, we can refit it to the new boards instead.
How long does a new roofline take to fit?
Most Welton homes take a day or two, depending on the size of the house and how much timber needs replacing. We'll give you a realistic timescale with your quote.
Do you offer a guarantee on fascias and guttering?
We stand behind our work. Talk to us about the specific job in Welton and we'll explain what's covered before we start.
Is the quote free?
Yes. We measure up the roofline and give you a free written quote for the boards and guttering you need, with no obligation.
