Systems we fit
Some of the most frequent reasons we're called out across Woodhall Spa:
Strong winds through the trees around Woodhall Spa can lift tiles and loosen ridges, and the tall roofs of the village's period houses catch more of it. We get out to make the roof safe as quickly as we can within our hours, then repair it properly.
With woodland all around the village and mature trees in many gardens, falling branches are one of the main causes of sudden roof damage here. We check the rafters and felt beneath the impact as well as the tiles on top.
Valleys choked with pine needles and leaves can overflow in a heavy downpour and send water into the roof. We find where it's getting in, clear the blockage and stop the leak.
Clay tiles and slates on older Woodhall Spa homes can come loose as their nails corrode, and a storm often brings several down together. We refix or replace them with a close match and check the tiles around them.
